We are a Service club! We are a private members club that is open to every Canadian Citizen over 18. We focus on respect, charity and camaraderie. Your application will be reviewed and your membership classification will be determined from the information on the application form (Ordinary – Military members; Associate – Family members; Affiliate – everyone else). Once approved by the general membership, you will be notified.   Membership fees are due annually.

RATES

Early Bird Renewal Rate (up to Nov.30) – $60, Membership Renewal after Nov.30- $65, New Membership -$70(includes a one time $5.00 administration charge), New Membership after July 1 -$95 (1/2 year, plus the following year membership), New Membership after Sept.1-$85 (1/3 year, plus the following year membership). Please note that $34.87/per member is sent to Dominion Command and helps cover the cost of Dominion and Provincial Command and also covers the cost of the Legion Magazine. Additional funds are sent to Zone and District Commands.

PLEASE NOTE THAT 2024 Stickers (to be attached to back of your card) ARE AVAILABLE AT THE BRANCH. YOU CAN ALSO RENEWED ON LINE. PLEASE GO TO Legion.ca WHERE YOU CAN RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP ON LINE USING A CREDIT CARD . THE ABOVE RENEWAL RATES WILL APPLY.

If you wish to transfer your membership  to our branch, you will need to complete a transfer form.  Please drop it into the branch or mail it to us. Alternately, you can  download the form below, complete, scan  and email it to membership@collingwoodlegion.ca.   Please have your current Legion Card available if you are bringing it into the branch or send a photocopy of the card.  If you have not paid for the current year, you will need to bring your dues up to date prior to the processing of your application. The transfer is subject to approval by the executive and by the members at a general meeting.
